During the production process, the Automatic Cartoner was down due to some common faults. These faults must be eliminated and the machine restarted.
Cartoner packaging machine downtime may be caused by the following reasons:
1) Caused by the motor protection relay; troubleshoot the motor overload fault.
2) Caused by the protective cover protecting the micro switch; one of the protective plates is open.
3) There is no cartoning and picking up action; products not detected by the cartoning machine are taken from the corresponding ship.
4) The box on the jacket is too large or in an incorrect position; position it or adjust it appropriately.
5) Caused by the Automatic Cartoner boxing clamp protection device; the photoelectric switch on the box opening device can check whether the box is opened correctly or deformed. If the box does not open correctly or is deformed, remove and corresponding boxing materials.
6) Caused by loss of pressure in the pressure switch in the air circuit.
7) Mechanical jamming during any machine movement caused by a torque limiter. High Speed Automatic Boxing Machine Troubleshoot the mechanical overload fault, reset the torque limiter and start the machine.
8) Micro switch action caused by poor engagement of the manually adjusted handwheel. Turn the handle in the manual turning device to the right, close the protection switch, and reset the machine.
9) Caused by the rising limit of the guide rail pressure plate; rotate the handle, lower the rail pressure plate, close the switch, and reset the machine.
10) The product detection device detects whether there is a lack of products in the ship during composite packaging and whether the number of products in the ship is correct when stacked in order to eliminate faults in a timely manner.
11) During the automatic cartoner packing process, if the push rod is blocked by the product, remove the product and box and reset the machine.
12) Eliminate the error that the product is not in place when the Automatic Cartoner is packed into the box, and the switch is reset and turned on.
