Cream Filling and Sealing Machine adopts servo control system including 1set of main servo motor,1set of tube holder servo transmission,1 set of tube holder servo lifting&falling,2sets of tube loading,1 set of tube air cleaning and detection,1set of servo sealing lifting(alu tubes sealing no servo)4sets of servo filling,2sets of servo filing&lifting,4sets of servo rotary valve,4sets of servo eye mark detection,4sets of faulty tube detection,1set of servo tube outfeed. Mechanical cam is made of forged steel to ensure the durability. Using the world's most advanced servo drive technology and Schneider servo motors, PLC communication programming, and touch screen operation, it can ensure high-speed, stable and reliable machine operation and make filling more accurate.
In order to correspond to GMP demands, the wearable sliding bearing above work table is imported from Germany, unnecessary to oil, Cosmetic Soft Tube Filling Machine
