What should be paid attention to in the use of PLC control emulsifier?

PLC controlled emulsifier is particularly suitable for operation under normal pressure, vacuum, and positive pressure conditions. It has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, easy cleaning, flexibility, and continuous use, and can perform ultra-fine dispersion and emulsification of materials. The rotor and stator of the emulsifier head are usually made of forged parts, thus having good comprehensive mechanical properties. It has a very high shearing, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying efficiency.
Before the PLC controlled emulsifier is adjusted, water must be injected into the pot to about 70% of the equipment's capacity. The mixer cannot be turned on or off without water in the pot. In the absence of water, the homogenizer head will overheat and burn due to high-speed operation.
The viscosity of high-viscosity materials changes during the mixing process. The main role of mixing is to tear the material to be mixed into thinner and thinner layers by shearing force, so that the size of one component region is reduced. Starting from the requirements of miniaturization and light weight of PLC controlled emulsifier mechanical products, the optimization design method of fuzzy mathematics and comprehensive evaluation was used to make the design results of the reducer meet the design goals and meet the functional requirements of the emulsifier. The PLC-controlled emulsifier has a rotor and stator assembly, where the rotor provides a unique line speed and high-frequency mechanical effects to generate strong kinetic energy, causing the material to be subjected to a combination of cutting, centrifugal squeezing, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the precise gap between the rotor and stator. This results in the dispersing, grinding, and emulsifying effects.

Here are some maintenance and usage tips for the PLC-controlled emulsifier:

1. Daily cleaning and sanitation of the emulsifier.
2. Maintenance of electrical equipment: Ensure that the equipment and electrical control system are clean and sanitary, and take measures to prevent moisture and corrosion. The inverter must be well ventilated and free of dust for effective heat dissipation. Failure to do so may cause significant damage to electrical equipment or even burn it out. (Note: Before electrical maintenance, turn off the main switch and lock the electrical box with a padlock. Mark the area and take safety precautions.)
3. Heating system: Regularly check the safety valve to prevent the valve from becoming rusted and stuck, rendering it ineffective. Regularly check the drain valve to prevent blockages.
4. Vacuum system: The vacuum system, especially the water ring vacuum pump, may sometimes get stuck due to rust or debris, causing the motor to burn out. Therefore, during daily maintenance, check for any blockages; ensure that the water ring system is functioning properly. When starting the vacuum pump during operation, if there is a jamming phenomenon, it should be stopped immediately and cleaned before starting again.

5, Sealing system: There are many sealing parts, the mechanical seal should be regularly replaced the moving and stationary rings, the cycle depends on the frequency of equipment use, the double-end mechanical seal should regularly check the cooling system to prevent cooling failure and burn the mechanical seal; the frame seal should be selected according to the characteristics of the material and regularly replaced according to the maintenance manual.

6, Lubrication: The motor, reducer should be regularly replaced the lubricating grease according to the use manual, the lubricating grease with high frequency use should be checked in advance for the viscosity and acidity, and replaced in advance.

7, Users must regularly send the instruments and meters to relevant departments for calibration during equipment use to ensure safe use of equipment.

8, If abnormal sounds or other faults occur during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then restarted after the fault is eliminated.
