How to debug the tube filling and sealing machine

Phenomenon 3:

There is an ear phenomenon on one side: first check whether the heating head is correctly placed in the heating head nest, and there is a slot on the side of the heating head; then check the perpendicularity between the heating head and the hose below.

Another possible reason for the phenomenon of ears on one side is the deviation of the parallelism of the two tail clips.

The deviation of the parallelism of the tail clamp can be detected by a gasket between 0.2 and 0.3 mm, or the tail can be sealed manually to close the tooth plate, and the light source of the mobile phone can be irradiated from bottom to top to check the gap.

Phenomenon 4:

The end seal starts to crack from the middle of the hose. This phenomenon means that the size of the heating head is not enough. Please replace it with a larger heating head. The standard for judging the size of the heating head is to insert the heating head into the hose, and then pull it out, and feel a slight suction when pulling it out.

Phenomenon 5:

There are "eye bags" under the safety line of the tail seal: the appearance of this situation is that the height of the air outlet of the heating head is wrong, and the height of the heating head mechanism can be adjusted as a whole.

Phenomenon 6:

Hose cut tail with a hollow in the middle of the tail: This problem is usually caused by the wrong size of the tube cup and the hose is stuck too tightly in the tube cup. There is also an opposite situation where the hose is too loose in the tube cup and the tube is taken up by the inner heating head.

Criteria for judging the size of the tube cup: the hose should be fully clamped in the tube cup, but when the tail is clamped, the tube cup should not affect the natural change of the tube shape.

Phenomenon 7 After the tail is cut, there is a left-right height deviation, and it is necessary to adjust the angle of the cutter to make it balanced.
