1 The tail sealing machine shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
2. The operation of the tail sealing machine should be stable, and the movement of moving parts should be sensitive, coordinated and accurate without jamming and abnormal noise.
3. The circuit control system of the tail sealing machine should be safe and reliable, and the action should be accurate. The electrical connectors should be firmly connected and numbered. The operation buttons should be flexible and have emergency stop buttons. The indicator lights should display normally and meet the requirements of GB 5226.1.
4. The connection of the air circuit of the tail sealing machine should be sealed without oil leakage and air leakage.

Sealing Quality Requirements for Soft Tube Filling Machine

3. The qualified rate of filling accuracy should not be less than 98%.
4. The pass rate of packages should not be less than 98%.
5 The noise of the sealing machine should not exceed 75dB(A).
6. The insulation resistance measured when 500Vd.c. is applied between the power circuit wire and the protective grounding circuit should not be less than 1Mω.
7. The tail sealing machine should have a reliable grounding device and an obvious grounding mark. The grounding resistance should meet the requirements of 19.2 in GB 5226.1.
8 All circuit conductors of electrical equipment and the protective earthing circuit shall withstand a withstand voltage test for at least 1s
