Phenomenon 1: When the phenomenon on the left appears, it is usually caused by excessive temperature.
At this time, it should be checked whether the actual temperature is the temperature required for the normal operation of the hose of this specification.
The actual temperature on the temperature display should be relatively stable with the set temperature (the normal deviation range is between 1°C and 3°C).
First check whether the heating head is correctly placed in the heating head nest; then check the verticality of the heating head and the hose below.
Another possible reason for the phenomenon of ears on one side is the deviation of the parallelism of the two tail clips.
The deviation of the parallelism of the tail clamp can be detected by a spacer between 0.2 and 0.3 mm (the detection method is shown in the illustration on the left)
Phenomenon 3: The end seal splits from the middle of the hose
If this phenomenon occurs, the size of the heating head is not enough, please replace it with a larger heating head. The standard for judging the size of the heating head is to insert the heating head into the hose, and then pull it out, and feel a slight suction when pulling it out.
Phenomenon 4: "eye bags" appear under the sealing explosion-proof line:
The appearance of this situation is that the height of the air outlet of the heating head is wrong, which can be adjusted in the following way.
Phenomenon 5: The middle of the tail end of the hose is sunken:
This problem is usually caused by the cup being the wrong size and the hose getting too tight inside the cup.
Criteria for judging the size of the tube cup: the hose should be fully clamped in the tube cup, but when the tail is clamped, the tube cup should not affect the natural change of the tube shape.
